your TASKS MAY INCLUDE

  • Handle and resolve customer telephone calls and email enquiries;
  • Spot deal opportunities;
  • Help and handle with the purchases;
  • Provide technical support with excellence;
  • Demonstrate the ability to work both independently and within a team environment;
  • Provide an exceptional standard of professional customer care;
  • Achieve the performance targets defined by the project;
  • Show professionalism at all times and respect confidentiality where required by work partners.

the NECESSARY BASE TALENT

Here’s what we expect:

  • Native speaker and writer in Spanish and fluent in English;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Calm, professional and personable manner;
  • Ideally with experience in computer software;
  • Passionate about technologies and new applications;
  • Familiar with Apple devices;
  • iPhone users ideally with knowledge and usage of iCloud, iTunes or Android users passionate about mobile applications and gadgets;
  • PC literate with good keyboard skills;
  • Self-motivated and an exceptional team player.
