Job Description

Here’s the deal:

Top worldwide brands have their Customer Service located in Portugal and we’re helping them find awesome professionals for this vital service. You know, compassionate communicators, totally detail oriented and longing to get to the bottom of an issue to solve it – just like you, right?

Are you up to it?


Tasks will vary depending on the brand and the type of support needed. Here are the typical ones:

  • Handle and resolve customer telephone calls / email enquiries / chat sessions
    Spot opportunities to promote additional services to customers
  • Handle and resolve general correspondence (emails and letters) in a competent and professional manner
  • Complete registrations of new product purchases
  • Demonstrate the ability to work both independently and within a team environment
  • Provide an exceptional standard of professional customer care
  • Achieve the performance targets defined by the project.
  • Show professionalism at all times and respect confidentiality where required by work partners


Here’s what we expect:

  • Native speaker and writer in Danish or Swedish or Norwegian: your usage of the language is a joy for others to hear or read.
  • Excellent communication skills: helping out and solving problems makes you smile with joy!
  • Ability to work under pressure: those calls or messages keep rolling in, but you take it like a Kung Fu Master
  • Attention to detail: there is a typo in this ad. Can you spot it?
  • Calm, professional and personable manner: nobody likes Mr. Grumpy. You’re not Mr. Grumpy. All is good.
  • PC literate with good keyboard skills: you’re a child of the modern age and computers don’t scarce you, right?
  • Self-motivated and an exceptional team player: when we work together, we own the sky!
