Job Description

To sustain the growth of our client multilingual operations in Lisbon, we’re currently recruiting:

  • French International Recruiter – Fluency in French & English (mandatory);
    German International Recruiter – Fluency in German & English (mandatory);
    Nordic International Recruiter – Fluency in Dutch or another Scandinavian language & English (mandatory);
    Italian International Recruiter – Fluency in Italian & English (mandatory);
    Spanish International Recruiter – Fluency in Spanish & English (mandatory).

your TASKS MAY INCLUDE

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, the main responsibilities are:

  • Researching job markets across Europe and finding new recruitment sources;
    Establishing and maintaining relationships with partners such as Embassies, Universities, and Chambers of Commerce among others;
    Creating job ads, and other documents related to HR practices;
    Validating applicants’ languages skills;
    Managing local and international recruitment processes;
    Managing relocation support from foreign applicants;
    Performing background checks and assuring all legal requirements and company policies are respected;
    Promoting the role of Human Resources inside the company, showing professionalism and being a positive influence at every occasion.

the NECESSARY BASE TALENT

  • University degree, preferably in Human Resources;
    Experience in Human Resources;
    Experience in Recruitment & Selection;
    International experience (preferably);
    Strong work ethic and high availability;
    Capacity to manage and prioritize tasks with autonomy;
    Good knowledge of MS Office and internet applications;
    Professionalism in presentation, language and behavior;
    Team player who takes initiative and helps others;
    Optimism and positive attitude towards change.
