your TASKS MAY INCLUDE

  • Ensuring the team’s development, monitoring and evaluation;
  • Motivating the team;
  • Managing the team daily, according to internal policies;
  • Ensuring the accomplishment of the Key Performance Indicators;
  • Developing action plans for continuous improvement.

the NECESSARY BASE TALENT

Here’s what we expect:

  • Native speakers and writers in one of this languages: German or French or Dutch or Italian or Spanish;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Previous experience as a supervisor in a contact center;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • PC literate with good keyboard skills;
  • Leadership skills;
  • Ability to make decisions under high levels of stress.
