Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, the main responsibilities are:

  • Researching job markets across Europe and finding new recruitment sources;
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with partners such as Embassies, Universities, and Chambers of Commerce among others;
  • Creating job ads, and other documents related to HR practices;
  • Validating applicants’ languages skills;
  • Managing local and international recruitment processes;
  • Managing relocation support from foreign applicants;
  • Performing background checks and assuring all legal requirements and company policies are respected;
  • Promoting the role of Human Resources inside the company, showing professionalism and being a positive influence at every occasion.


Here’s what we expect:

  • Native speakers and writers in one of this languages: German or French or Dutch or Italian or Spanish;
  • Fluent in English;
  • University degree, preferably in Human Resources;
  • Experience in Human Resources;
  • Experience in Recruitment & Selection;
  • International experience (preferably);
  • Strong work ethic and high availability;
  • Capacity to manage and prioritize tasks with autonomy;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and internet applications;
  • Professionalism in presentation, language and behavior;
  • Team player who takes initiative and helps others;
  • Optimism and positive attitude towards change.
