your TASKS MAY INCLUDE

Handle and resolve customer telephone calls/email inquiries;
Spot opportunities to promote additional services to customers;
Deal with bookings, refunds, and complaints managements;
Handle and resolve general correspondence (emails and letters) in a competent and professional manner;
Demonstrate the ability to work both independently and within a team environment;
Provide an exceptional standard of professional customer care;
Achieve the performance targets defined by the project;
Show professionalism at all times and respect confidentiality where required by work partners.

the NECESSARY BASE TALENT

Here’s what we expect:

Native speaker and writer in French and English skills (B2);
Excellent communication skills;
Experience with GDS tools (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre);
Professional path related to sales, customer support or tourism (not mandatory);
Ability to work under pressure;
Attention to detail;
Calm, professional and personable manner;
PC literate with good keyboard skills;
Self-motivated and an exceptional team player.
