Are you up to it?


  • Handle and resolve customer telephone calls and email enquiries;
  • Provide technical support to customers;
  • Demonstrate the ability to work both independently and within a team environment;
  • Provide an exceptional standard of professional customer care;
  • Achieve the performance targets defined by the project;
  • Show professionalism at all times and respect confidentiality where required by work partners.


Here’s what we expect:

  • Native speaker and writer in Dutch and fluent in English;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Calm, professional and personable manner;
  • IPhone users ideally with knowledge and usage of iCloud, iTunes or Android user;
  • Passionate for mobile applications and gadgets;
  • PC literate with good keyboard skills;
  • Self-motivated and an exceptional team player.
