your TASKS MAY INCLUDE

  • Perform and receive calls to companies in several countries to schedule the collecting of equipment;
  • Deal with bookings, refunds, and complaints managements;
  • Demonstrate the ability to work both independently and within a team environment;
  • Provide an exceptional standard of professional customer care;
  • Achieve the performance targets defined by the project;
  • Show professionalism at all times and respect confidentiality where required by work partners.

the NECESSARY BASE TALENT

Here’s what we expect:

  • Native speaker and writer in Czech and English skills (B2);
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • IT skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Calm, professional and personable manner;
  • PC literate with good keyboard skills;
  • Self-motivated and an exceptional team player.
