See if you can figure out: Our client is an online travel company, that owns and operates several international global online travel brands, primarily travel fare aggregator websites and travel metasearch engines.

your TASKS MAY INCLUDE

  • Handle and resolve customer telephone calls/email inquiries;
  • Handle and resolve general correspondence (emails and letters) in a competent and professional manner;
  • Demonstrate the ability to work both independently and within a team environment;
  • Provide all of the technical support needed;
  • Provide an exceptional standard of professional customer care;
  • Achieve the performance targets defined by the project;
  • Show professionalism at all times and respect confidentiality where required by work partners.

  • Native speaker and writer in German and fluent in English;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • IT Skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure;

  • Passionate about travel and tourism;

  • PC literate with good keyboard skills;
  • Self-motivated and an exceptional team player.
